Melbourne based creative; Vic Pemberton is a dab hand at dying!!
With a focus on using plant based dyes she works with beautiful natural fibres, like cotton, linen, silk and wool…the results are a delicious, wabi sabi romantic vibe.
Vic has recently updated her online store with a swathe of new product on a linen base. With an injection of fresh designs to her collection of tea towels she also worked with young illustrator Madeleine Baud to create instructional wrapping technique cards that accompany her Furoshiki wrapping cloths. Furoshiki cloths are wonderful in that they can be used for anything; wrapping presents, carrying food and wine, gifting flowers, or as a large oversized dinner napkin. Their use is only limited by your imagination!
Anyone knocking around Melbourne can visit Vic in person at the New Craft Market this coming Sunday !Imagery courtesy of Bind | Fold
