Millie Fairhall

Limited edition calendar by Australian artist/maker; Millie Fairhall // Available online while stocks lastI’ve actually been following Sunshine Coast artist/maker Millie Fairhall for AGES but for whatever reason it was her insta-posting of her gorgeous A3, limited edition calendar that shook me up to blog on my first day back at the desk!

While her she has made a small run of her calendar she makes even smallllller runs of her amazing reclaimed wood serving platters and spatula’s. Each is hand shaped and hand painted telling its very own story and is not recreated!
It’s also Millie’s first day back in the studio so rest assured, there are a whole new batch of these little works of art on the way….

And, if all these projects have you inspired to get your own project off the ground, have a look at the creative funding cheat-sheet we’ve put together.”

George

Hunting for George

Hunting for George and their sassy attitude are a bit of a favourite of mine and their first release of their new in-house homewares range is definitely keeping them there. Their initial offering are these very cool, very graphic prints which I think could slip into easily into any home and look just right.
