People watching

My deep down (sometimes suppressed but mostly not) nosiness just can’t get enough of these people watching sketches from Queenstown based artist/graphic designer Toby Eglesfield.  I was lucky enough to get a peek at Toby’s drawing last week when he presented at the Queenstown Pecha Kucha evening. Choosing locations like the airport transit lounges, the London underground and buses, he talked us through his stealthy techniques to study and sketche unassuming souls without their knowledge. I just love how his style moves from fluid to detailed depending on the time with each subject. Take your time to look at each page and move on to his flickr for more!
